Air Service Units
Selecting the correct compressed air preparation using Pneumax service units, you can increase the service life of your components, avoid downtime and machine failure and significantly improve your process and product reliability. Pneumax compressed air service units meet the requirements of your production, be it a standard application to application-specific solutions that require extremely high demands on air purity, pressure and flow rate. Pressure, flow rate and consumption are therefore always how they should be.
Pneumatic Air Cylinders
Pneumatic Cylinders, Actuators and Mountings – ISO/VDMA Profile, tie-rod, compact, miniature, slide table and clamping. Used for mechanical movement of parts such as Lifting, pushing, stopping, clamping, gripping and much more. Standards for Piston rod cylinders are ISO 6432-Round, ISO 21287-Compact Design, ISO15552- Profile and tie rod cylinders.
Valves & Valve Manifolds
Electromechanically operated solenoid valves. Pneumax valves offer major advances in valve performance for cost-effective solutions to your requirements. The series offers high flow with low power consumption in a compact design. These valves are available in body ported or base mounted styles and can be used individually or manifold mounted.
Pneumatic Fittings
Pneumatic fittings of the standard model series are used in a wide variety of standard applications in pneumatics, compressed air distribution and vacuum technology. They can be used in a pressure range of -0.95 to 20 bar (also suitable for low vacuum) and a temperature range from -20°C to +80°C. Ideally these connections are used with flexible polyurethane or nylon hoses.
Vacuum Technology
Vacuum technology is widely used across all sectors like electronics, pharmaceutical, medical devices, packaging and automotive. We supply vacuum generators in one-stage and multi-stage design. Suction cups are available as flat or bellows suction pads. They come in a variety of materials Chloropene(CR), Silicone, Polyurethane or NBR.
Clamping

Electrical Actuation
Pneumax considers electric actuation to be an ideal solution for applications where, in addition to reliability, it is necessary to ensure extreme rapidity and flexibility in the control and configuration not only of the axes but also of the electrical cylinders. The range includes screw and recirculating ball axes, in-line or parallel cylinders, all available both with and without Siemens motors. Customized flanges for mounting the customer’s motors and creating solutions with a number of interpolated actuators can also be supplied.
